Our Justice Court is responsible for hearing all cases; criminal, civil, small claims, and traffic, within the Town of Hurley. Our Town Justices are elected officials serving four year terms. Election of the two posts are always staggered by two years to ensure both positions will not be on the ballot in the same year. |
