Amounts listed reflect the total value of construction,
not the total cost of construction. Code books, zoning books, and
maps are available from the Town
Clerk.

In the event that an application for a Building Permit is not approved,
the applicant shall be entitled to a refund of 50% of the fee paid provided
that no work has commenced. If work has begun and the application is not
approved, any fees paid shall not be refunded.
When all work is complete, the applicant must call the Building
Department for final inspection so a Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate
of Compliance can be issued.
