West Hurley Fire District approves vehicle purchase; referendum window open for 30 days

The West Hurley Fire District has approved a resolution, subject to permissive referendum, to withdraw up to $84,109.26 from its Capital Reserve Fund to pay in full for the purchase and equipping of a new Chevrolet Tahoe.
Petitions for a referendum must be submitted to the secretary of the West Hurley Fire District no later than thirty (30) days after the date of publication of this notice.
