Hurley
has two districts
zoned for light industrial use. Neither of the sites are
currently in use.
They
are,
however,
appropriately
sited to support light industry without a negative impact
on surrounding residents.
Reuse of these sites can be a
relatively
harmless way to increase the tax base and support local business.
The
committee recommends the zoning commission examine ways
to reuse those sites for new light industry. |
